Telephone Support
We provide free and ongoing telephone support.
This means if you have any questions about your order or you
wish to add to your order or you want to ask about other products
or simply need to replace a lost item give us a call, our

Consultancy and training
Consultancy and training services are available
on either a project or ongoing basis relating specific Headon
resources to teaching plans and the National Curriculum. What
this means is that you consult with us about your needs and
we design and produce the solution. we can also provide any
necessary training ensuring staff are familiar with using
the resources and accompanying lesson plans.
Workshops
Training workshops can be set up for any size
group to demonstrate how to use the materials and fully explore
their benefits. Training workshops are mainly experiential
and will give staff hands on training which will leave them
inspired, confident and looking forward to using the resources
in the classroom.
Visits
We are always delighted to make visits
and present our resources to large or small groups or individuals.
We are happy to see you at your convenience, all you have
to do is choose a date and time, telephone 0161 998 8877 and
ask for a presentation, we will send someone out to see you.
